Owned by Jo Sebastião. Jo is a seasoned project management professional with over a decade of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in the energy utilities sector. Specialising in ICP power civil installations for DNO and IDNO networks - from LV through to 132kV substations and associated cabling - Jo has successfully led the delivery of high-value grid connection works across the UK.

In addition to his technical expertise, Jo is an active property consultant and investor, identifying and structuring opportunities for busy professionals and private investors. His background blends operational leadership with commercial acumen, enabling him to assess, deliver, and manage investments that create long-term value.

Beyond his professional work, Jo is passionate about mentorship, particularly empowering young people to reach their potential and make positive contributions to their communities.
